: Business Operations Manager / Analyst / Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Business Operations professional with 815 years of experience in managing and optimizing end-to-end operations. The ideal candidate will bring expertise from Pharma, E-commerce, or Retail industries, with a proven track record in process excellence, compliance, internal stakeholder management, and P&L ownership. This role requires a strategic leader who can balance operational detail with financial accountability, driving efficiency and growth across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Strategy & Execution
  • Lead and oversee end-to-end business operations, including supply chain, vendor management, compliance, and customer service.
  • Design and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Align operational workflows with organizational goals and industry best practices.
  • P&L Management
  • Own and manage business unit P&L, ensuring profitability, cost optimization, and revenue growth.
  • Monitor financial performance, prepare variance analyses, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to align operational decisions with budgetary and financial goals.
  • Data & Performance Management
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Build dashboards and reports for KPI tracking, forecasting, and decision-making.
  • Drive ROI-focused initiatives across projects.
  • Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (especially in Pharma and Retail).
  • Establish and monitor quality assurance frameworks.
  • Mitigate operational risks through proactive planning and audits.
  • Internal Stakeholder Management
  • Act as a bridge between leadership and operational teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and execution.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, Marketing, Tech, and Supply Chain teams to drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Influence stakeholders through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Leadership & People Management
  • Mentor and manage operational teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Lead change management initiatives to support organizational growth.
  • Build strong vendor and external stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

  • Education:
  • Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) from top-tier colleges/universities (mandatory).
  • MBA/PGDM from reputed B-schools preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience: 815 years in business operations, process management, or strategy
