Job Description
- Experience: 10+ Years
- Lead endtoend Plant HR, IR & Administration functions
- Drive manpower planning, hiring & shift deployment for all plant departments
- Manage attendance, overtime, payroll inputs & contract labour operations
- Ensure 100% statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, CLRA, Factories Act, etc.)
- Own Darwinbox HRIS governance for data, access control & audit trails
- Handle IR, grievances, disciplinary actions & domestic enquiries

- Support US FDA, cGMP & regulatory audits for HR, training & personnel files
- Ensure training, GMP qualification & authorization before shopfloor deployment
- Partner with EHS for PPE compliance, safety trainings & toolbox talks.
