Vice President – Business Operations
Responsibilities
Strategic:

• Understand CEO’s strategic thoughts and directions.


• Recommend industry best strategic practices for effective communication and execution.


• Formalize annual strategic focus areas for APAC & MENA in partnership with Sales, Marketing, Practice, Delivery and Support functions leadership team.


• Ensures effective execution of planned annual strategic initiatives.
  

Business Operations

• Collaborates with Sales, Practice and Marketing leaders to build all business decks, case studies, etc.


• Assisting all teams during RFP submissions and client interactions.


• Collaborates with all Sales and Delivery leaders to build customer testimonials.


• Client engagement during offshore visits and corporate deck presentation.


• Assists Sales leaders with rate card and customer interactions.


• Frequent interactions with CEO on business happenings and communicates all internal stakeholders.
  

Reports And Meetings

• Works with Sales and Finance to prepare P&L.s

• Ensures effective execution of CEO’s monthly/quarterly business review meetings.

Required Skills

• Total 15+ years of experience in IT services sector, where 5+ years of experience in managing business operations reporting to CEO/MD or any other leadership roles and 10+ years of sales & marketing exposure during start of the career


• Must be exceptional in written and verbal communication


• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills


• Highly adaptable and flexible to travel

Qualifications

• MBA from a reputed institute
