Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct preliminary telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability based on job requirements.
- Shortlist potential candidates for further interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Send interview confirmations and reminders to candidates and interviewers.
- Collect, verify, and maintain employee documents and records in a systematic manner.
- Ensure all employee files are up-to-date and complete.
- Organize and manage employee files and other HR-related documents.
- Update employee data regularly in the HR database/system.
- Assist with various HR activities such as onboarding, orientation, and training sessions.
- Support the HR team in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Assist in managing fundamental accounting tasks, including journal entries and recording prepaid expenses related to employee expenses.
- Manage office supplies and support other administrative duties as needed.

- Provide administrative support to the HR departments as required.
- Answer phone calls, handle correspondence, and maintain office documentation.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Masters degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers with a keen interest in HR and administrative functions can apply
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
