About The Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented and driven Digital Merchandising Associate to join our team. Under the guidance of our Digital Merchandising Manager, this role will play a key part in driving product sales through effective onsite search, sorting rules, product placement, and page/product content. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the fast-paced world of digital fashion and help bring our online merchandising strategy to life.
We are looking for a Digital Merchandising Assistant to join our dynamic team, working closely with the Digital Merchandising Manager to drive product sales through effective site optimization. If you are passionate about creating engaging online shopping experiences, analyzing trends, and maximizing product visibility, this role is for you!
What you'll be doing

• Ensure timely and accurate site content, including product images, descriptions, and digital tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Planning, Photo, Product Writing, Digital Marketing) to ensure seamless product launches from planning to web launch.
• Maintain and optimize product categorization, filters, search functionality, and placement to enhance customer experience.
• Analyze site metrics and monitor competitor activities to implement best practices in digital merchandising.
• Conduct daily site checks to ensure accuracy in product listings, promotions, and content marketing.
• Track inventory levels of promoted products and adjust strategies to drive sales.

• Partner with planners to forecast demand and identify online sales opportunities based on stock levels and customer behavior.
• Provide ad hoc reports to support digital merchandising and trading teams.
• Regularly review site performance, offering recommendations to meet and exceed KPIs.
• Build strong internal relationships to ensure collaborative success across departments.
• Present weekly merchandising analysis and insights to the commercial team.
• Support product availability optimization to ensure customers have access to the right stock at the right time.
• Conduct trend analysis and make strategic recommendations to enhance digital merchandising efforts.
  

What We're Looking For...

• 1- 2 years experience in digital merchandising or eCommerce.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
