AI Training Engineer

About the Role:

In this role, you will play a crucial part in reviewing and refining AI code outputs, writing and editing programming content, creating prompts, and providing structured feedback. Note:

• This is a Part time (Freelance) role requiring 20 Hours/Week Availability
• Looking for amazing minds with 3+ years of experience in software development.

Responsibilities:

• Review and refine AI-generated code outputs for accuracy, efficiency, and best practices.
• 
  Write and edit programming content, including explanations, examples, and documentation.
• Develop clear and effective prompts for AI code generation models.
• Provide detailed and structured feedback to improve AI performance and output quality.
• Collaborate with a team of experts to ensure high-quality project deliverables.

What Were Looking For:

• Strong Coding Ability:Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, C++, Java, Ruby, Go).
• Computer Science Background:A solid foundation in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• English Proficiency:Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Independence & Reliability:Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and consistently meet deadlines.
• Technical Setup:Reliable internet connection and a personal laptop.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience with code reviews or technical documentation.
• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Machine Learning (ML) concepts.
