Develop compelling ad copy and design to improve click-through rates and ad relevance.
Monitor budget allocation, bid management, and campaign pacing to ensure optimal performance.
Performance Analysis And Optimization
Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and quality scores.
Implement A/B testing and analyze results to refine ad copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
Adjust bidding strategies and keyword targeting to maximize ROI and campaign effectiveness.
Keyword Optimization And Ad Extensions
Conduct ongoing keyword analysis and optimization to ensure campaigns are targeting the most relevant and high-performing keywords.
Utilize ad extensions effectively to enhance ad visibility and drive user engagement.
Remarketing And Display Advertising

Qualifications And Skills
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as an SEM Specialist or in a similar role, with a track record of successful SEM campaigns.
Proficiency in Google Ads (AdWords), Bing Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms.
Strong Analytical Skills And Experience With Data-driven Decision-making.
Familiarity with SEO principles and their impact on SEM strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
