Our client, a leading global consulting firm has secured a high-impact engagement with a major player in the building materials sector. The client is a prominent organization comparable to industry leaders such as Polycab, Asian Paints, or Ultratech, and is looking to modernize its route-to-market and sales capabilities.
As part of a broader marketing and sales transformation initiative, the client seeks to optimize its Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, enhance influencer engagement, and deploy digital & AI/ML tools to drive sales efficiency. An experienced independent consultant will play a hands-on, execution-oriented rolebridging strategy and frontline implementationdirectly influencing the clients commercial performance and competitive positioning across key markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of GTM initiatives across sales channels, working closely with internal sales teams and distribution partners.
- Design and roll out influencer engagement programs to strengthen brand pull and channel advocacy.
- Build and deploy digital tools and AI/ML models to enhance sales & marketing operations, including lead prioritization, territory planning, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with client leadership and project teams to align on execution roadmaps, KPIs, and course corrections based on market feedback.
- Travel to select market locations during key project phases to drive on-ground adoption and gather insights.
Your Background:

- Proven expertise in GTM strategy development, channel sales implementation, and influencer programs.
- Hands-on experience building or implementing digital and/or AI/ML tools for sales & marketing optimization.
- MBA from a top-tier management institute.
- Immediately available or with no notice period obligation (preferred).
Other Info:
Start date is immediate, with the project based in Delhi and requiring periodic travel to market locations (travel and accommodation expenses covered). The contract duration is 12 months, with a strong possibility of extension beyond that period. This is a full-time, on-site consulting deployment, ideal for a self-starting operator who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution.
