We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Sales Consultant to lead client acquisition and revenue growth for a group of cutting-edge fintech platforms. This role involves consultative selling of API-led payment solutions, managing large B2B accounts, and building long-term partnerships with fintech clients, NBFCs, aggregators, and enterprise businesses.
Position Title : Senior Sales Consultant - Fintech
Experience: 5 to 8 years in B2B sales, with a minimum of 2+ years in the fintech, digital payments, or financial software domain.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth across a diverse fintech product portfolio.
- Identify, qualify, and convert leads from sectors such as B2B ,Travel, Logistics, Education, digital banking, payments, insurance tech, and retail finance.
- Deliver compelling sales pitches covering solutions like Payment Gateway, PayIN/PayOUT, UPI Switch, AEPS, Micro ATM, and White-Label Banking APIs.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Engage C-level stakeholders, product managers, and tech leads to pitch and close high-value fintech solution deals.
- Conduct in-depth product demos and consultative sales discussions aligned with customer pain points.
- Manage post-sale relationships to drive account expansion, retention, and client success.
Product Expertise & Consultation
- Gain a thorough understanding of fintech products including payment gateway APIs, UPI cycles, settlements, onboarding flows, and compliance.
- Translate technical solutions into business outcomes for non-technical buyers and decision-makers.
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline updates using CRM tools and report key metrics to leadership.
- Coordinate with internal teams (product, legal, compliance, tech) to ensure smooth client onboarding and integration.
Market Awareness & Industry Networking
- Stay informed about the Indian fintech ecosystem, including new RBI regulations, competitor offerings, and technology trends.

- Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and networking forums when required.
Key Requirements
- Deep understanding of UPI, API-based payment integrations, transaction processing, and real-time settlements.
- Demonstrated success in closing complex deals and managing long-term B2B client relationships.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage decision-makers across functions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Technology, or Finance (MBA is a plus).
- Exposure to selling into banks, NBFCs, neobanks, aggregators, or fintech startups.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks relevant to fintech (PCI-DSS, KYC, AML, etc.).
