Responsibilities:
- Lead Calling: Reach out to potential leads via phone to introduce and explain our products and services.

- Follow-Ups: Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to nurture relationships and close deals.
- Customer Handling: Address customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally to build trust.
- CRM Management: Update and maintain lead data, call logs, and customer information in the CRM system.
- Target Achievement: Work towards achieving weekly and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Feedback Collection: Gather insights from customers to help improve sales strategies and service offerings.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to refine calling scripts and enhance outreach strategies.

- Final year student or recent graduate from any field, preferably with an interest in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive and confident personality.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and engaging in professional conversations with potential clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn the art of selling in a dynamic business environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools or telecalling systems is an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and handle multiple leads efficiently.
