Role: Mystery Audit Lead

We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-driven professional to lead end-to-end mystery audit operations. This role is ideal for someone who can manage processes, handle field teams, and drive insights that improve service quality across properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and reporting of mystery audits
  
• Create audit frameworks and checklists to measure service quality and operational compliance
  
• Recruit, train, and manage mystery shoppers/field auditors
  
• Track audit progress and ensure timely completion with accurate data collection
  
• Analyze findings and present actionable insights to stakeholders
  
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive corrective actions and service improvements
  
• Ensure adherence to OYO standards, compliance policies, and regulatory norms
  
• Continuously improve audit processes for higher efficiency and business impact

Required Skills & Experience

• Masters degree in Business, Management, Hospitality, or related field
  
• 35 years of experience in quality audits, mystery audits, or operations management
  
• Strong analytical ability with excellent project and time-management skills
  
• Experience managing field teams/auditors
  
• Strong communication and presentation skills
  
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
