Job Description
We're looking for a data-driven, strategic, and hands-on Growth Leader to supercharge growth across our app and web platforms. If you live and breathe performance marketing, CRM, partnerships, and revenue growth - this role is for you!
What You'll Do:
- Own and execute the end-to-end growth strategy - acquisition, activation and retention.
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns (Google Search, Meta, YouTube, App Campaigns).
- Drive CRM lifecycle journeys (Email, Push, SMS, WhatsApp) to boost retention & LTV.
- Build & scale new growth channels and improve efficiency for existing ones.
- Own key metrics: DAU, CVR, CAC, LTV, ROI & Retention
- Collaborate with Product, Tech & Business teams to align on growth & revenue.
- Lead and explore partnerships and co-marketing opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
- 6+ years in growth / performance marketing (consumer tech, e-commerce, or D2C preferred)
- Proven track record of scaling app + web businesses
- Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, CRM, analytics & attribution platforms
- Strong grasp of unit economics, revenue models & growth metrics
- Entrepreneurial mindset & comfort in fast-paced, high-growth setups
