About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, execution-driven Project Manager to lead key Sales & Operations and Revenue Assurance initiatives. This role involves managing both internal teams and external vendors, driving audit excellence, enhancing process efficiency, and ensuring service quality across multiple business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of Mystery Audit and Revenue Assurance processes.
  
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to evaluate service delivery and implement improvements.
  
• Lead two internal teams and coordinate with three external vendor partners.
  
• Manage stakeholder communications and provide timely reporting to senior leadership.
  
• Oversee Process P&L, Cost per Audit, Deviation %, and Audit Quality.
  
• Use data-driven insights to identify gaps and implement continuous improvements.
  
• Ensure compliance with company standards and operational processes.
  
• Contribute to strategic business projects and transformation initiatives as required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Postgraduate degree in Business, Management, Hospitality, or related fields.
  
• 2 - 3 years of experience in revenue assurance, or operations management, Team Handling , Stakeholder Management.
