Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our retail team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, customer service, and building lasting customer relationships.

• Position : Sales Executive
• Location: Bangalore
• Experience: 1–5 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting jewellery by understanding their needs and preferences.
  
• Deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience and build long-term customer relationships.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets while maintaining high service standards.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products, collections, and ongoing promotions.
• Ensure proper product display and support visual merchandising activities.
• Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
• Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth day-to-day retail operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.
• Prior experience in jewellery, high end fashion, or organized retail will be an added advantage.

Required Experience & Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in jewellery, luxury retail, premium retail, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
• Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with retail billing/POS systems.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
