Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team at P-MAC MACHINES PVT LTD. This is a mid-level position with a location base in Chennai, Coimbatore, or Cochin. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years of relevant work experience. This is a full-time employment opportunity. The requirement is immediate.
Qualifications And Skills
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in the sales of machines or machine ancillary Equipments or tools.
  • Excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill) to effectively convey technical information and engage with clients.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills (Mandatory skill) to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Proficient in negotiation skills (Mandatory skill) to close deals efficiently and effectively.
  • Solid technical knowledge in machinetools and their applications.
  • Problem-solving abilities to address client issues and provide suitable solutions promptly.
  • Adept sales acumen to identify opportunities, understand client needs, and propose appropriate products.
  • Effective presentation skills to showcase product features and benefits clearly and compellingly.
  • In-depth product knowledge to assist customers with detailed information and support.
Roles And Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential customers in the Wood Panel Processing Industries.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing business and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions that align with their needs.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless post-sales support and service.
  • Track and report sales activities, generate sales forecasts, and meet or exceed established sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to maintain a competitive edge.
