Job Description

    You will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware as an IT Helpdesk Support professional. Your strong communication skills and proficiency in advanced Excel functionalities will be key assets in this role.
    Your key responsibilities will include providing first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person, diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking, logging and tracking all helpdesk interactions, assisting users with account management tasks, performing software installations, configurations, and updates, offering guidance on upgrades and troubleshooting procedures, collaborating with the IT team to escalate complex issues, and maintaining knowledge base documents.
    To qualify for this position, you should hold a Graduate or Postgraduate degree in IT or a related field, have a minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Helpdesk or technical support, possess strong troubleshooting skills, excel in Microsoft Excel functionalities, demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, exhibit strong problem-solving abilities, work well under pressure, be able to work independently and as part of a team, be familiar with networking concepts and basic system administration, and be available for immediate joining.
