Exec / Sr. Exec - Risk Management & Business Continuity

Role & responsibilities

Internal Audit Function

1) Assist with collation of IAF quarterly reporting using template for countries, ensuring that information obtained are complete and accurate

2) Tracking of submissions and checking reasonableness / completeness of MCAs for countries.

3) Tracking of KRI submissions and checking reasonableness and completeness for countries.

4) Tracking of completion / timelines for action plans for countries.

1) (Global) Assist with updating business continuity plans

(Global) Assist with the conduct of BCP exercises, including call tree.

Growth plans:

• Develop as a capable risk / business continuity professional to roll out and maintain IAF & Business Continuity Management in other jurisdictions

  Get Hired
  Candidate will be invited for 3 weeks - 1 month to observe risk discussions, engagement with stakeholders, ARC reporting process.

Preferred candidate profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Accounting , Maritime, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 24 years of relevant experience in risk management, internal/external audit, or business continuity planning preferred.
• Prior exposure to multinational / regional operations / established global consulting firms e.g. as Big 4 is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders across countries.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, especially in reviewing reports and tracking submissions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
