Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Mentor located in Valancheri. The Student Mentor will be responsible for providing academic support, mentorship, and guidance to students. They will assist with curriculum comprehension, monitor academic progress, conduct one-on-one mentoring sessions, and provide feedback on assignments. Additionally, the Student Mentor will facilitate group study sessions, develop academic resources, and foster a supportive learning environment.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to provide academic guidance and mentorship

- Experience with curriculum development and academic support
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations
- Knowledge in finance and accounting disciplines
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Education, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Previous experience in a similar mentoring or educational role is a plus
