Working Days: 5 Days (Saturday & Sunday Off)

Handle inbound & outbound customer calls
Resolve customer queries
Ensure customer satisfaction
Meet service & quality targets
Training will be provided
Eligibility Criteria:
Any Graduate
12 years experience in Customer Support / Telecalling (Mandatory)
Hindi & English speaking (Mandatory)
Immediate joiners preferred
