Recruitment Consultant- US (Non IT)
The Centralized Delivery Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and placing top talent to meet the staffing needs of Adeccos clients. This focus can vary from higher-level professional skill sets to high-volume recruitment. Acting as a liaison throughout the full recruiting and onboarding lifecycle, the Delivery Recruiter ensures a seamless and positive experience for candidates, which may include MSP and VMS programs. By delivering exceptional customer service that reflects Adeccos values, the Centralized Delivery Recruiter supports candidates at every stage of their employment journey.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for candidates across multiple geographies and clients daily.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates aligned with workforce Forecasts, client needs, and skill-marketing opportunities.
- Develop, execute, and refine innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent in specialized industries, staying informed on market trends, salaries, and competitor benefits.
- Perform advanced candidate searches using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and external platforms, adapting strategies to meet business growth objectives and inventory demands.
- Conduct initial outreach through passive sourcing, cold calling, and text campaigns.
- Evaluate candidates via behavioral and competency-based interviews to assess hard and soft skills.
- Review resumes, segment candidates based on suitability and create detailed executive summaries for client submission.
- Market qualified candidates to clients, showcasing their value and ensuring alignment with placement opportunities.
- Utilize Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and ATS platforms to monitor recruitment activities and maintain accurate documentation of candidate and client interactions.
- Coordinate client interviews, provide candidate preparation, and gather feedback to ensure successful placements.
- Extend offers, negotiate compensation, and outline expectations related to onboarding, training, and first-day processes.
- Facilitate smooth transitions by collaborating with Talent Onboarding teams to meet client-specific requirements and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Administer pre-employment testing, document recruitment activities, and update ATS with accurate, timely information on candidate and client interactions.
- Manage ongoing relationships with candidates post-placement, providing support and feedback to ensure engagement and retention.
- Proactively identify opportunities to redeploy associates and maintain an active, engaged talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with field teams during delivery huddles to align on shared goals and ensure staffing needs are fulfilled efficiently.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates during the recruitment and onboarding process, addressing inquiries and escalating issues as needed.
- Ensure candidates meet onboarding, orientation, and client-specific requirements while maintaining a focus on delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.
- Consistently exceed client and candidate expectations by delivering creative, effective, and innovative employment solutions.
- Work to exceed performance KPIs and SLA metrics while focusing on a best-in-class candidate experience.
