Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Senior Quantity Surveyor & Project Coordinator. Responsibilities include managing cost control, preparing and verifying bills of quantities (BOQs), conducting cost planning, providing detailed cost reporting, and ensuring effective cost management throughout project lifecycles. The role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project efficiency, compliance, and timely delivery.
Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cost Control, BOQ preparation, and verification
• Strong skills in Cost Management, Cost Planning, and Cost Reporting

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Civil Engineering, or related field

• Experience in Tendering & Business Development is Desirable
