Your Mission
We are looking for a passionate and curious AI Developer Intern / Junior AI Developer to join our high-impact Generative AI and Agentic Systems team. You will work closely with senior engineers to build, test, and deploy intelligent systems powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), vector databases, and modern orchestration frameworks. This role offers hands-on exposure to state-of-the-art AI technologies, real-world projects, and mentorship from experienced AI professionals.
What Youll Do

• Assist in developing and maintaining AI applications using Python and frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Hugging Face Transformers.
• Support the integration of LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, etc.) into production and internal tools.
• Help implement and test Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, or Chroma).
• Participate in prompt engineering and optimization for chatbot and agent-based systems.
• Write clean, readable, and documented Python code following basic design principles.

• Assist in backend API development and integration under the supervision of senior developers.
• Contribute to prototype development, debugging, and testing AI-driven features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and data teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest AI research, tools, and frameworks to contribute ideas for innovation.
  

What You Bring

• Strong programming fundamentals in Python, OOPS.
• Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Eagerness to learn AI tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or other AI-assisted coding environments.
• Education & Experience
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• 01 year of experience in software development, AI/ML projects, or relevant internships.
• Demonstrated interest in Generative AI through projects, hackathons, or online courses.
• Nice to have
• Basic understanding of Generative AI concepts, LLMs, or NLP pipelines.
• Familiarity with at least one AI framework (LangChain, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, or PyTorch).

  Get Hired
• Understanding of APIs and ability to work with REST endpoints.
• Interest in prompt engineering, chatbot development, or RAG systems.
• Experience with small academic or personal projects involving AI/ML. (good if they can provide their public Github Repository)
• Familiarity with vector databases or semantic search tools.
• Exposure to Docker, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), or version control systems like Git.
• Basic understanding of frontend technologies (React, TypeScript) for AI integration.
