We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company.Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Generate leads and convert them into potential customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and present suitable services/solutions.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 13 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is an advantage.

  • Experience in service industry sales.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
