- Data Normalization
- Experience with data integration projects (Must Have)
- Experience with Business Rules engines
- Familiarity with languages:
- C#.Net (Must Have)
- XML DOM
- JSON
- ADO.NET
- LINQ
- SQL (Must Have)
- Web Projects: ASP.NET; Web API; (Nice to Have)
- Desktop Projects: Window Forms; Window Service; Class Library;

- Process Optimization
- Experience with debug/troubleshooting defects/issues
