Job Description
- You will be responsible for designing and implementing new features and functionality for WordPress websites. Your role will involve establishing and guiding the website's architecture, ensuring high-performance, availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS. Additionally, you will help formulate an effective, responsive design and turn it into a working theme and plugin.
The ideal candidate should possess a good understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery. Experience in building user interfaces for websites and web applications, as well as designing and developing responsive websites, is required. You should be comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug and Chrome inspector and have the ability to understand CSS changes and their impact on style consistency across platforms and browsers.
Furthermore, knowledge of converting layout and wireframes into HTML pages, interacting with RESTful APIs, SOAP APIs, and formats like JSON and XML, is essential. A strong understanding of PHP back-end development, along with database knowledge, is crucial. Attention to technical details, excellent programming skills, and the ability to write high-quality code are necessary for this role.

Effective verbal and written communication skills are important for liaising and negotiating with internal and external stakeholders. You should have proven experience in working and contributing to a team, resolving system issues promptly, and providing recommendations for improvements.
