The DBSL & Supply Chain Analyst will support the Global Strategic Sourcing function and is responsible for all aspects of reporting and data analytics initiatives. This individual will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making processes and ensuring that our reporting systems are efficient, accurate, and aligned with our business objectives. This individual will work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization to deliver actionable insights and drive continuous improvement.
This position reports to the Sr Director, Strategic Sourcing & Procurement and is part of the Global Integrated Supply Chain function, located on site in Deland, FL or Pune, India.
In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

• Develop and implement a global reporting and analytics strategy aligned with company objectives, including KPIs and predictive models to identify opportunities for KPI improvement and cost reduction in Strategic Sourcing.
• 
  Design, maintain, and enhance reporting systems, dashboards, and data visualization tools, ensuring data accuracy and security. Support Enterprise Analytics transition to SAP tools (Datasphere/DataLake, Analytics Cloud) and lead technology implementation for Strategic Sourcing. Lead and project manage the implementation & execution of technology infrastructure for Strategic Sourcing
• Serve as SME for reporting and analytics, conducting complex data analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Manage end-to-end reporting and analytics initiatives, from data collection to insight delivery, including ad-hoc analysis and process optimization.
• Drive continuous improvement using DBS tools, leading Kaizens, PSPs, and action plans to close KPI gaps, improve visual/daily management, and mentor associates. Pursue DBS certification to enhance training and facilitation.
  

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

• B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical or Industrial or equivalent) with minimum 7-9 yrs of relevant experience in Logistics and Supply Chain, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in data analytics and demonstrated experience in designing and creating data models, reports and dashboards including experience with at least two of the following: SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, or similar.
• Agility working with cross-functional teams and synthesizing data to articulate concise business insights to leadership and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience using continuous improvement, lean problem solving and driving process.

Get Hired
• Proven experience with SAP/ERP, Advanced Excel, and preferably knowledge of SAP DataSphere/DataLake, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), ETL.
  

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements

• Ability to travel domestically and internationally 25%
  

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience in a global supply chain is desired.
