Palmonas, a rapidly growing D2C jewelry brand, is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented AVP Finance to lead our financial strategy, ensure compliance, and drive fiscal discipline. This is a key leadership role with direct impact on scaling the business sustainably.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analysis
• Oversee accounting, taxation (GST, TDS), audits, and statutory compliance
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and ensure efficient financial controls
• Prepare financial reports and MIS for internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and investors
• Support in fundraising, investor relations, and board-level financial reporting
• Analyze unit economics, profitability, and cost structures across departments
• Build and manage a lean finance team and implement financial best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for strategic decision-making

Requirements:

  Get Hired
  68 years of experience in core finance roles, preferably in a D2C/e-commerce/startup environment
• CA or MBA (Finance) preferred
• Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards, tax laws, and financial modeling
• Proficient in Tally, Excel, and financial reporting tools
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
• Experience in a VC-funded startup is a strong plus
