Job Description

Job title - Retention Marketing Executive

Detailed :

Role: We are looking for a Retention Marketing Executive who can drive customer engagement, repeat purchases, and lifecycle marketing across owned channels. This role focuses on improving customer retention, increasing LTV, and building meaningful customer journeys through Email, WhatsApp, SMS, Push Notifications, and loyalty initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Customer Retention & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Plan and execute retention campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, SMS, and Push Notifications.
  • Build and optimize customer journeys such as:
  • Keep a tab on retention metrics.

Campaign Management

  • Create campaigns for both Online and Retail
  • Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives and messaging.
  • Execute segmented campaigns based on customer behavior, category affinity, purchase history, and engagement.

Data & Analytics

  • Track campaign performance including:
  • Analyze customer cohorts and identify opportunities to improve retention and LTV.
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Customer Segmentation & CRM

  • Maintain customer databases and audience segmentation.
  • Work on personalization strategies to improve engagement.
  • Ensure accurate customer tagging and lifecycle mapping.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, ecommerce, performance, and customer support teams.

    Coordinate with external tools/platforms such as CRM, WhatsApp, Email automation, and analytics platforms.

Requirements

  • 1 to 1.5 years of experience in CRM or Retention Marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Email, WhatsApp, SMS, or marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing.
  • Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and campaign reporting.
  • Good communication and copy coordination skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Omni Channel experience is preferred.

Years of Experience: 1 to 1.5 years.
