Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a wide range of events, from corporate conferences to promotional campaigns, ensuring every detail is meticulously coordinated.
• 
  Utilize MS-Excel to track budgets, schedules, and attendee lists, providing regular updates to the team.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and clients to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Implement innovative marketing strategies to promote events and attract a diverse audience.
• Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, accommodations, and transportation for event attendees.
