Junior Safety Officer

Job description / Role

We are looking for a Junior Safety Trainer who will be responsible in delivering comprehensive safety training programs. Also, assisting in the development of course materials required for customized trainings. The primary focus of this is on educating training attendees about best practices, regulations, and procedures related to safety in the workplace.

Main Responsibilities
- Delivering training sessions to the company’s clients, these sessions could be in-person, online, or a combination of both.
- Adjust training content and delivery style based on the participants background, experience, and learning pace.

- Tailor training materials and content to align with the clients specific requirements and industry regulations as per company’s instruction.
- Stay updated on safety regulations, industry trends, and effective training methodologies to enhance training delivery.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical
- NEBOSH Level 3 Certified
- Train the Trainer Certificate will be an added advantage
- Proven experience at least 2 years in delivering training either in house or Third Party will be an advantage
- Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety
- Thorough knowledge of health and safety laws
- Strong passion for safety education and training
- Able to multitask, prioritize, manage time efficiently, eager to learn and adaptive and flexible attitude
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS office tools especially Power Point and Windows Operating System
- Language proficiency in English and Hindi, other languages will be added advantage
- UAE Driving License will be an added advantage

Salary:
AED 2,000 to 3,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
