Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Experience in consultative selling and high-ticket sales
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct consultative discussions with prospective learners to understand their upskilling and career goals.

Own and manage the complete sales cycle from lead engagement to closure.
Maintain high conversion rates and revenue performance.
Mentor junior BDAs and support team performance goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales processes and learner experience.
Deliver consistent performance aligned with company revenue objectives.
