Job Title: AI/ML Developer

We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning (ML) Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML technologies, experience with real-world implementations, and a deep understanding of designing, training, and deploying machine learning models. You will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to develop intelligent solutions using structured and unstructured data.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for various business use cases.

Work on the entire ML lifecycle, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, testing, and validation.

Develop and maintain Python applications and RESTful APIs to support AI/ML solutions.

Utilize frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn to build and train models.

Apply natural language processing (NLP) techniques for text analysis and automation.

Integrate AI/ML solutions with Azure cloud services such as Azure Cognitive Services, Form Recognizer, Language Service, Bot Framework, and OpenAI.

Work with both structured and unstructured datasets, ensuring data quality through cleansing, validation, and normalization.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the implementation of best practices in the AI/ML domain.

Provide documentation and support for implemented solutions.

Stay current with advancements in AI/ML technologies and bring innovative solutions to the team.

Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

6+ years of professional experience in software development, with at least 3+ years in AI/ML.

Strong expertise in Python and related data science libraries.

Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.

Solid understanding of data normalization, validation, and cleansing techniques.

Hands-on experience with NLP and automation using language models.

Experience developing RESTful web services and Python-based applications.

Familiarity with Azure AI/ML services is preferred.

Experience working with financial datasets is a plus.

Knowledge of statistical programming is a bonus.

Microsoft Data Certification is a plus.
