Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, Instagram, calls, and email.

* Manage order processing, tracking, and customer follow- ups.

* Coordinate with logistics and internal teams for smooth order fulfillment.

* Maintain customer records and operational documentation.

* Assist with daily business operations and administrative tasks.

* Ensure every customer receives a premium shopping experience.

* Identify ways to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
