Duration: 6 Months | Monday-Saturday
Monthly Stipend: ₹8,000-₹10,000 (Based on Skills & Experience) + Performance Incentives
About the Role
Were looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our growing fashion startup. This role combines sales, customer communication, and day-to-day operations, making it ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people while keeping things organized behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, Instagram, calls, a
nd email.* Convert inquiries into sales through professional communication.
* Manage order processing, tracking, and customer follow- ups.
* Coordinate with logistics and internal teams for smooth order fulfillment.
* Maintain customer records and operational documentation.
* Assist with daily business operations and administrati
ve tasks.* Ensure every customer receives a premium shopping experience.
* Identify ways to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

n skills.* Sales-oriented with confidence in customer interactions.
* Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
