The delivery team at Parallel Dots focuses on ensuring successful and seamless implementations of our products for our customers globally. We work on a wide variety of complex and challenging projects to ensure that our solutions meet our customers' needs and achieve their business goals. Project Managers at Parallel Dots pride themselves on ownership, proactive communication and providing an exceptional customer experience at every step. As an Associate Project Manager at Parallel Dots, you will be assisting senior Project Managers and Program Managers on multiple projects by executing day-to-day tasks on projects, reporting and taking on internal initiatives to optimize our processes and enhance our delivery capabilities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with Program Managers, Customer Success Managers, Project Coordinators and Associate Project Coordinators to execute multiple projects concurrently for our customers.
2. Execute the day-to-day tasks on multiple projects. Lead Project Coordinators and Associate Project Coordinators to ensure timely completion of tasks.
3. Recognize and communicate potential risks, challenges, and opportunities to project managers.
4. Facilitate activities such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
5. Regularly lead internal and customer-facing meetings to ensure projects maintain forward momentum.
6. Foster collaboration and communication within the team and with stakeholders.
7. Track and report on the team's progress using appropriate metrics.
8. Actively participate in internal discussions, providing relevant suggestions.
9. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements, balancing business and technical aspects in project execution.
10. Execute project governance structures to ensure adherence to project management best practices and exceptional customer experience.
11. Maintain comprehensive documentation of project activities and translate requirements into clear documentation.
12. Become a subject matter expert in our products and be able to intelligently speak and report on technical aspects, features and issues internally as well as with our customers.

Qualifications:
1. 1+ years of experience in project or program management.
2. Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
3. Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a technology or consulting company.
4. A project management certification such as a PMP, CAPM, ITIL, or CSM is desirable.
5. Familiarity with SQL, APIs and Master Data Management.
6. Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies.
7. Strong facilitation skills and experience with interacting with cross-functional teams to resolve inter-dependencies and foster collaboration.
8. Strong analytical as well as organizational skill with an ability to handle competing customer demands.
9. Ability to achieve the agreed goals & objectives by constantly focusing on a set of priorities.
10. Willingness to take initiative and contribute to team success.
11. You are passionate about solving problems by understanding customer needs.
12. You have a growth and learning mindset to solve additional challenges.
