Job Purpose:

Spa Receptionists are responsible for managing and organizing the reception area, delivering the highest standard of customer service and creating an atmosphere that is warm and welcoming. Reflective of the positive image of the Company. It is critical that Spa Receptionists are able to establish interpersonal relationships with customers and all team members and communicate well, being the first point of contact in the Spa Receptionists responsible for monitoring day to day reception operations at the assigned branch including scheduling breaks, ensuring balanced bookings and room assignments.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle all spa payments (cash, credit card, vouchers), ensuring accuracy, approvals, and proper recording as per company standards.
  • Ensure all spa revenues are correctly registered and closed at the end of each shift.
  • Process transactions through the cash register and issue accurate bills to guests.
  • Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports, ensuring timely submission and data accuracy.
  • Monitor stock levels; report shortages, raise order/transfer requests, and communicate maintenance issues as per procedures.
  • Record and report all client/member issues in line with Pause Spa policies, escalating to the Spa Producer as required.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term professional relationships with spa clients, colleagues, and partners.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day reception operations, maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, safety, and compliance with SOPs.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of spa treatments, promotions, pricing, loyalty/membership programs, and terms & conditions.
  • Ensure client records and screening information are completed prior to treatments and shared with therapists.
  • Manage spa appointments, therapist schedules, room allocations, and rosters to maximize bookings and operational efficiency.
  • Support business growth and guest loyalty by recognizing regular clients, recording preferences, and ensuring therapists are briefed in advance.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 1 Year previous experience in reception, sale or customer service field
  • Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail, highly organized and focused
  • Good level of English & Arabic both written and verbal
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Customer service focused and passionate about delivering an outstanding guest experience
  • Positive attitude, ability to handle pressure and efficiency in the time management
  • Excellent product and treatment knowledge.
