Regional Enterprise & Data Centre Manager

Role Overview:
As the Regional Enterprise & Data Centre Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving our data centre and enterprise IT business across Delhi, Bangalore, and Hyderabad. Your day-to-day will involve strategic planning, business development, and ensuring seamless IT operations for our clients. You will collaborate closely with sales teams, technical experts, and channel partners to deliver exceptional value and maintain strong client relationships. This role is pivotal in ensuring our clients' IT infrastructure is robust, efficient, and aligned with their business objectives, ultimately contributing to their success and our company's revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute regional business plans to achieve revenue targets for enterprise IT and data centre services, focusing on key accounts and new business opportunities.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, understanding their IT needs and providing tailored solutions that enhance their operational efficiency and business growth.
- Collaborate with partner and channel ecosystems to expand market reach and deliver comprehensive IT infrastructure solutions to a wider client base.
- Oversee IT operations within the region, ensuring high availability, security, and performance of data centres and enterprise IT infrastructure.
- Lead account planning activities, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our IT infrastructure services to existing clients.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine our service offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to data centre operations and IT infrastructure management.

- Proven client management skills, including the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at enterprise clients.
- Expertise in IT infrastructure services, data centre operations, and enterprise IT solutions, with a strong understanding of current industry trends and technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve critical IT infrastructure issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- Adaptable to a dynamic work environment and capable of managing multiple priorities across different locations (Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad).
