Job Description

1.Understand changing market and consumer dynamics and translate into actionable strategies to meet category and brand targets.
2.Development of the annual category marketing plan and responsible for the coordination with other areas of the company and its successful execution.
3.Lead innovation development projects to implement in the country, from idea and concept generation to launch and KPI follow-up. Link with R&D, Sales, Manufacturing plants, Operations, Finance, Procurement and Logistics. Development of ATL and BTL campaigns, from briefing to execution (social media, digital campaigns, PR among others).
4.Effectively use media to drive salience and engagement for brands rate.

5.Implement and follow up digital brand strategy to ensure an effective and efficient brand impact.
6.Management of the relationship with advertising, digital, media, PR, brand strategy and design agencies. Regular sell in and sell out diagnosis, consumer data to identify potential opportunities, map competition and define action plans.
7.Manage P&L and use financial analyses to drive strategy and decisions for the business.
8.Promote and coordinate the necessary market and deep consumer understanding researches.

9.Management of relationships with the main consumer and shopper research institutes.
10.Management and follow up the category and brand marketing pull budget.
11.Make sure that sales team understand the products' features and benefits to consumers, and develop the tools and the actions to best position the brand into the marketplace.
12.Lead and coordinate the talent of the team's people in order to establish clear processes and tasks. Coach the team and identify training needs.
13.Build strong, trusted relationships with the Sales Leadership to ensure the Marketing and Sales organizations work closely together and are intimately aligned.
