Key Responsibilities
Cash Flow Management

• Monitor daily cash positions and ensure liquidity for operational and strategic needs.
• Prepare and maintain short-term and long-term cash forecasts aligned with business plans.
  
• Optimize cash utilization and minimize idle balances.

Banking Operations

• Manage all bank accounts and ensure timely reconciliations.
• Liaise with banking partners to maintain strong relationships and negotiate favorable terms.
• Oversee payment processing, receipts, and intercompany transfers.

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure adherence to company policies, SOX controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Support internal and external audits with accurate documentation.
• Implement best practices for risk management in cash and banking activities.

Reporting & Analysis

  Get Hired
  Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow reports to senior management.
• Provide variance analysis and actionable insights for improving working capital.
• Collaborate with FP&A and Treasury teams for strategic planning.

Team Leadership

• Supervise and mentor the cash & banking team.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives for efficiency.
