Job Description
- In this role, you will be responsible for various key accountabilities:
- Business Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and document them as user stories. Create Visio flows to document new/existing business processes and functionality.
- Quality Assurance: Design, develop, and execute comprehensive system test cases for enhancements on Salesforce platform. Perform regression testing and ensure no adverse effects on existing functionality. Work on testing integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems. Conduct smoke testing of changes during sprint release deployment. Identify, reproduce, report, and verify bugs. Adhere to standard bug tracking and verification processes.
- Customer Support: Provide demos to business stakeholders for new enhancements. Support business stakeholders in completing User Acceptance Testing.
- Salesforce Configuration: Administer declarative solutions to support sprint work and resolve production issues as needed.
- Collaboration and Issue Resolution: Work closely with business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios. Identify, document, and track defects. Collaborate with development and administration teams for timely issue resolution. Contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Continuous Improvement: Analyze bugs, perform root cause analysis, and suggest improvements. Stay updated on Salesforce releases and features. Mentor junior team members in Salesforce testing practices.
Skills required for this role include:
- Quality Assurance: Experience in working with stakeholders, end-to-end testing of Salesforce solutions, and root cause analysis. Familiarity with Salesforce automation testing tools.
- Customer Service: Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating features, and resolving issues.
- Salesforce: Ability to administer Sales Cloud features, configure Salesforce, manage data, and understand Salesforce CRM application modules and security.
- Other Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Agile methodologies, interpersonal communication, adaptability, and proactive mindset. Ability to work in shifts and on weekend releases.
Knowledge and Experience:

- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and business processes.
- Proficiency in test plan creation and execution, automated testing tools, API testing, and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in healthcare or clinical development preferred.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification and Bachelor's degree required.
