About the Role:

As the Architecture Project Manager, you will play a key role in leading and developing Boutiques and permanent projects, from design conception, production till the store opening. Reporting to the Global Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for proposing innovative and elevated designs for globally led projects while collaborating closely with store planning, design, and project management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely design delivery and successful project roll-out from concept design to execution and opening
• Manage Local agencies and suppliers. Coordination with all parties. Obtain all documentation related to the store opening, installation permits, etc, within deadlines
• Ensures quality production and installation work is done on time while building a strong relationship with retailers and suppliers
• Track Budgets and cost negotiation with partners, ensuring project execution Quality/Cost control
• Review technical and shop fitter drawings, maintaining control over deviations from approved drawings packages
• Manage Material validation with local suppliers

• Excellent design and solid technical skills
• Must be Detail oriented and have a flair for beauty and luxury design
• Able to trouble-shoot and be proactive to solve issues that arise while working in a team environment
• Able to use Autocad/Sketchup/Adobe/Microsoft 360

Desired Background and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Retail Architecture department or agency, preferably within Parfums & Cosmetics or luxury retail
• Ability to balance operational tasks with a creative approach to design development
• Proven experience in international project management with a global mindset
