Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Corporate Sales Manager. The Corporate Sales Manager will oversee the development and management of client accounts, generate sales leads, and expand the venue's corporate customer base. Daily responsibilities include creating and implementing sales strategies, maintaining strong client relationships, conducting negotiations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery. The role also involves tracking sales performance and identifying new opportunities for revenue growth in the competitive entertainment industry.

Qualifications

  • Strong Account Management and Customer Service skills to ensure outstanding client satisfaction and relationship building.

  • Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales techniques aimed at securing new clients and driving revenue growth.
  • Knowledge and experience in Sales Operations, including strategic planning and sales process optimization.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills are required to effectively manage accounts and close deals.
  • Proven experience in B to B sales, preferably in hospitality, events, or entertainment sectors, is an added advantage.
  • Proactive attitude, ability to work under pressure, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
