Job Summary:

We are seeking a Program Manager – Operations to support large-scale operational initiatives within a fast-growing e-commerce and logistics environment. The role focuses on driving process standardization, improving performance, and working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead execution and standardization of operational launches across multiple teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across planning, operations, and business teams
• Drive process improvements using data, metrics, and performance insights
• Monitor operational performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions
• Manage quality, performance, and operational reliability initiatives
• Support planning, reporting, and communication across stakeholders
• Ensure transparency and alignment through effective tracking and reporting tools

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in program or project management
• Strong experience in process improvement and data-driven decision-making
