Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat for the role of Area Sales Manager. The selected candidate will lead sales operations, develop strategic plans to achieve business targets, and manage a team to execute sales initiatives effectively. Responsibilities include identifying and acquiring new clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with business partners, monitoring market trends, and providing insights to improve product offerings. The Area Sales Manager will also be expected to motivate the team, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering an exceptional service experience.
Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales and Business Development, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client acquisition and partner relationship management.

  • Understanding of market analysis, strategic planning, and competitive positioning within the banking and finance sector.
  • Knowledge of loan products, financial solutions, and market trends is an advantage.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Analytical thinking and result-oriented approach with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Flexibility to work on-site in Surat and a willingness to travel within the region if required.
