Portfolio & IR - Data Analyst (India)

Global corporations (Manulife, Huawei, Schneider Electric, Puma, Batelco, Merck, Omantel, Linrun Group, Zhihui Park), government organizations (Hong Kong Science Park, NEOM, MBRIF, Guangdong Soft-tech Park), tertiary institutions (HK City University, National University of Singapore), fast-growing companies, and leading venture funds (Artesian, LeverVC, Tamkeen, EDB) have all run programs with Brinc. In 2021, Brinc announced a series of venture funds to invest in high-potential early-stage companies through accelerators and provide LPs with a dedicated innovation platform and access to Series A+ co-investment opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Portfolio Data:
• Liaise with portfolio companies to gather up-to-date information and maintain our portfolio company database capturing key performance indicators (KPIs), financials, fundraising, and other relevant metrics
• Manage the disbursement and collection of Brinc quarterly investor update templates.
• Review investor updates provided by founders and attend investor update meetings along with Brinc Accelerator/Portfolio Team
• Ensure all relevant data is cleaned and captured in our portfolio company database on Airtable.
• Produce and maintain portfolio company dashboards and reporting for senior management and investors
• Production and ownership over Airtable and Stacker dashboards
  
• Production and ownership of Portfolio Company One-Pagers
• Support ad-hoc requests from accelerator, corporate innovation, marketing strategy and other teams for portfolio company data
• Support with data collection and analysis for portfolio newsletters
  

Investor Relations:

• Maintain our investor database capturing company information, preferences, investment mandates (sector, stage, geography), investment history and other key information that would be valuable for Brinc
• Ensure relationship owners have profiled their investor contacts
• Produce reporting for investor profiling and investor engagement (number of profiles, introductions, response rates, meetings, investments, etc.)
  

Data Governance & Process Improvement

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular data validation processes
• Continuously enhance data collection and analysis processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Collaborate with the team to identify and implement data-driven solutions
  

Desired profile / skillset

• Prior experience with angel networks / investment banks / start-ups (in an investor relations role)
• Hands on with spreadsheet tools like excel / google sheets / rows, and airtable
• Excellent oral & written communication and presentation skills
