Operations Strategy Manager

What role you will play in team: Lead and manage projects related to operational strategy and optimization for major clients.

What you will do: Collaborate with clients to define project scope, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.

Key responsibility:

• Leading and managing operational strategy projects for major clients
• Developing and implementing process improvement solutions
• Managing project timelines and budgets
• Working closely with clients to understand their needs and objectives

• Preparing presentations and reports for clients
• Mentoring junior team members

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in operations management or consulting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
