Role Summary
As the Project Manager QA/QC, you will lead the implementation and management of Parsons quality systems for complex infrastructure programs. Your role will involve audit planning, ISO compliance monitoring, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring that all technical deliverables and vendor processes align with international and client-specific standards.

Core Duties

* Develop and maintain QA/QC plans, procedures, and manuals in line with ISO 9001
* Lead quality initiatives across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases
* Conduct internal audits across multiple departments and project sites; report findings and ensure corrective actions
* Review technical documents, purchase orders, vendor inspections, and test protocols
* Support pre-bid planning and ensure all submissions meet client quality expectations
* Deliver quality training, promote safety awareness, and participate in safety audits
* Analyze audit and performance data to identify risks and trends
* Interface with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities to resolve quality-related issues
* Provide technical leadership to junior quality engineers and staff
* Ensure all Parsons and client quality policies are executed on schedule

Candidate Requirements

* Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline
* At least 12 years of experience in infrastructure QA/QC, including 6 8 years in the Gulf region
* Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or relevant ASQ certifications (CMQ/OE, CQA, CQE)
* Strong understanding of quality standards such as ASME, ASTM, ANSI
* Expertise in quality management systems, document control, and process audits
* Excellent communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project documentation tools
