Role Description

This is a contract role for a Sales and Marketing Intern. The role will involve identifying opportunities, managing communication, and supporting proposals and campaigns to generate leads and build strategic partnerships. The candidate will assist with communication, customer service, sales, and sales management tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients across corporate and government sectors
• Assist in drafting sales decks, client presentations, and marketing materials

• Manage outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
• Assist in bidding on GeM Portal and preparing documents for tenders, RFPs, and EOIs
• Help coordinate meetings, maintain CRM updates, and follow up on leads
• Support website updates, social media activities, and content coordination
• Track industry trends, government announcements, and tender opportunities

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in media production, government communication, or public policy
• Proficiency in MS Office and Canva; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive in execution
