Job Description
P&L & Strategy :
- Own the Bengaluru branch revenue targets. Develop and execute a 3-year growth roadmap aligned with the Mumbai HQs vision.
Brand Advocacy :
- Position Haworth, Shaw Contract, and other partner brands as the preferred choice for premium corporate fit-outs.
Ecosystem Management :
- Build and nurture deep-rooted relationships with :
1. Architects & Designers (A&D) : Ensuring our products are specified in early-stage project designs.
2. Project Management Consultants (PMCs) : Managing the tender and procurement lifecycle.
3. Direct Corporates : Engaging with CXOs and Real Estate heads for large-scale workspace transformations.

Team Leadership :
- Lead, mentor, and scale the Bengaluru sales and operations team. Foster a culture of excellence and high accountability.
Market Intelligence :
- Monitor competitor activities (Steelcase, Herman Miller, Human Scale etc.) and regional real estate trends to pivot strategies effectively.
