Quality Assurance Manager

About The Role:

• As our solo QA Analyst, youll own the end-to-end quality assurance process across all e-commerce websites and funnels, ensuring that all builds are thoroughly tested and meet quality standards.
• Build, maintain, and document reusable QA checklist templates for consistent testing across devices and browsers.
• Create detailed, thoughtful QA test cases that address both functionality and user experience.
• Perform manual QA testing across development builds, staging environments, and live releases.
• 
  Log clear, actionable bug reports and collaborate closely with engineers and platform teams to resolve them.
• Conduct regular bug hunts to identify critical issues and proactively follow up to ensure timely fixes.
• Support the team in diagnosing and resolving live site issues quickly and efficiently.

About You:

• Youre passionate about building seamless, high-performing digital experiences.
• You have a sharp eye for design and UX details and love spotting inconsistencies others miss. You also have a strong design sensibility and are able to identify when a layout feels off-balance

• Must have experience with BrowserStack, project management tools, and working with ecommerce brands.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and basic web development processes preferred.
• Must be able to work EST hours.

Compensation:

$1000 - $1800 USD per month, dependent on experience
